Michele LohoeferOwner/Processor

With Michele’s 30 years of experience in the title industry, she brings unparalleled skill and knowledge of processing, familiarity with Maryland counties, experience with virtually every lender operating in Maryland. Lastly, her exceptional customer service sets her apart from all others. Michele strives to work in concert with all parties to ensure a trouble-free transaction. She believes that her attention to detail, communication, and her proactive approach to processing and file management are the keys to a successful transaction. Michele grew up in Mt. Airy, Maryland where she still resides today with her husband Charles. She has raised three boys who have each serve honorably in the United States military. She instilled in them her values – integrity, honor, and all striving to do your best in all things.

Jeremy WilsonOwner/Managing Attorney

While working toward his undergraduate degree at Johns Hopkins University, Jeremy became interested in property law. After working as a researcher and abstractor, Jeremy enrolled at the University of Baltimore School of Law where he graduated with honors. After working for large and small title companies for a decade he decided to open Clear Title with Michele. Jeremy strives to ensure that his clients are comfortable with this process. From first time home buyers to seasoned investors, he will take the time to explain the documents, the finances, and some of the ups and downs of the process. His demeanor and sense of humor puts people at ease. Moving can be a stressful time and Jeremy believes that settlement should not add any more anxiety to your life. He is a member of FCAR as well licensed to practice law in Maryland Courts and the United States District Court. He lives in Jefferson, Maryland with his children Olivia and Silas.
